In January 2019, Kazakhstan’s coal production increased by 4.0% year on year.

According to the statistics released by the Committee of Statistics, Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan’s coal production continued to grow after 2019, with coal production in January 2019 reaching 10.105 million tons, an increase of 4.0% over the same period last year.
